MFC Hospitality, LLC, is my company as an Independent Contractor providing Hotel Management Task Force services. Born out of my lifetime career in Hospitality (both Hotel and Meeting/Event planning), it brings me joy to be able to jump in on a moment's notice and help a hotel in temporary distress. Being able to, in short order, analyze the existing situation, determine with the Management team and sales staff what steps need to be reinforced immediately is fulfilling. To assist the hotel with meeting or exceeding their departmental and budgetary goals without missing a beat by insuring a seamless transition to a task force director and then on to a new, permanent director, is always my ultimate goal. Maintaining and enhancing client experiences and relationships as well as encouraging and motivating staff is equally critical to success in transitional times.
